There is air in the hydraulic system: run continuously for ten minutes, if oil still does not come in, slightly loosen the connection between the oil pipe and the oil pipe joint on the fuel tank cover, turn on the motor to manually exhaust, and tighten the joint after oil comes in
Oil pump connecting oil pipe falls off: reinstall in place
There is a display on the pressure gauge, but no riveting action: the solenoid valve is stuck, clean the solenoid valve and check whether the valve core and spring are normal
The circuit between the foot switch and the electric control system is disconnected: check the circuit between the foot switch and the electric control system
The appearance quality of riveting is not good, and the riveting head jumps a lot: check whether the spherical pair is worn and deformed
Rivet head wear The surface finish of the rivet head wear is not high: the length of the rivet head is severely worn
Unreliable installation in positioning: it is necessary to keep the center of the product rivet consistent with the center of the rivet head
Improper adjustment: choose the appropriate riveting pressure, riveting time and riveting according to the product rivet feed rate
The spindle lock nut falls off: remove the spindle motor and re-tighten the spindle nut
The equipment is noisy: the bearing is worn out, replace it with a new one
Radial riveting machine gear shaft and ring gear lack oil lubrication: regular lubrication and maintenance
The motor is not running well: check the motor or replace it with a new one, check whether the motor is out of phase
Oil leakage: the sealing ring is worn, replace with a new sealing ring
The hydraulic oil deteriorates and the viscosity decreases: replace with new No. 46 hydraulic oil
When using radial riveting machine spin riveting machine should pay attention to:
1. Do not process products beyond the riveting capacity of the equipment;
2. Do not work under high pressure for a long time;
3. Do not rivet the product before the spindle motor is started;
4. Immediately shut down for maintenance in case of abnormality, until troubleshooting;
5. The hydraulic oil should be replaced after one year of use;
6. The guide rail of the equipment should be smeared with butter once a month to make it lubricated and rust-proof; the workbench and painted parts should be wiped frequently, and the guide rail surface and lifting screw should be kept clean to prevent dust accumulation and rust;
7. The assembly and disassembly of the rivet head should be slow, especially when disassembling the rivet head, do not use brute force to pull it out, but should rotate the rivet head and pull it out slowly and downward. If the rivet seat of the inserted rivet head is pulled out of the normal position, the position of the rivet head will be obviously deviated after the rivet head is installed. At this time, the red safety cover should be removed, and the rivet seat can be used only after it is installed in place, otherwise the machine will be easily damaged. ;
8. The length of the rivet head should not exceed the specified length. The length of the riveting head cannot be changed. The length of the riveting head is determined by the spherical radius of the spherical pair. The riveting work point must be at the center of the spherical surface. Changing the length of the riveting head may cause damage to the equipment;
9. During use, the rivet head will slightly bond when processing some materials. In order to ensure the quality of the riveting, the rivet head should be cleaned regularly to prevent the metal from becoming thicker. When cleaning, fix the rivet head on the chuck of the lathe and polish it with sandpaper;
10. The radial riveting machine should be lubricated for the spherical pair every 100 hours of operation. For the specific method, please refer to the following steps:
A. Make sure the device is not working, and turn off the power;
B. Remove the fine-tuning screw sleeve;
C. Use a hexagonal wrench to unscrew the lowermost set screw;
D. Align the grease nozzle of the grease gun with the top screw hole, and press inward the extreme pressure lithium-based grease;
E. After refueling, install the top screw and install the fine-tuning screw sleeve
