The single line powder packaging machine uses advanced automation technology to automatically pack powder products according to preset weight or volume through accurate metering and control system.  Its working principle mainly includes the following steps:

1.  Automatic feeding: Powder products are automatically fed into the hopper of the packaging machine through the feeding system.

2.  Accurate metering: The metering system inside the packaging machine will precisely control the amount of powder and packaging speed according to preset parameters.

3.  Automatic bag making and sealing: Once the powder reaches the preset amount, the packaging machine will automatically make and seal the bag.

4.  Finished product output: The finished product will be automatically exported and ready for the next step of packing or transportation.
